We are a small group made up of members of user groups at the Foundry and Pat the caretaker!!
So far;
1. We arrange the rota for the Farmers Market Teas so that each group can make some extra money with 15% of takings going to 21C to cover cost of tea/coffee/sugar etc.
A typical morning's takings are between £25 - £35 but on occasion it can be as much as £60.
2. We run a Bonus Ball Competition each week with the winner taking 50% of the money raised and the remainder going to 21C.
3. Pat sells fresh local cauliflowers with funds going to 21C.
4. We are hoping to start a "Buy a Brick" scheme whereby you donate £1 and a "brick" is placed on a large poster of The Foundry with your name on. The poster in the main hall for everyone to see.
5. In the long term, we hope (when funds allow), to hold a T shirt competition for local schools to design a 21C Foundry Tshirt/sweatshirt. But we need to raise some money first so that the winning design can be printed and sold with funds going to 21C.
